All our products are handcrafted in the USA using high-quality, cold-rolled 16-gauge steel. We apply a durable powder coating to ensure each piece is rust-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor display.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since most of our items are custom-made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Can I customize the text on a specific design?
Yes! Many of our products feature a 'Personalize It' option where you can enter names, dates, or custom text. Please double-check all spelling before submitting, as we manufacture exactly what is entered.
Does my wall art come with mounting hardware?
To allow you the flexibility of choosing the best mounting method for your specific wall type, we do not include screws. However, most designs feature pre-drilled holes for easy hanging with standard nails or screws.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because our personalized items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error. For non-custom items, we offer a 30-day return window.
Will my steel decor rust if placed outside?
Our professional-grade powder coating acts as a protective barrier against the elements. While extremely durable, we recommend wiping your sign down occasionally with a damp cloth to maintain its finish in harsh coastal or high-moisture environments.
